Are all products really handmade?
Yes, every product is handcrafted using traditional methods passed down through generations by local artisans from Etikoppaka.
Are the toys safe for children?
Absolutely! Our toys are made from softwood and coated with natural, non-toxic colors, making them safe for kids.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We currently offer simple, neat packaging suitable for gifting. For custom or bulk gifting requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver across India using reliable courier services via Shiprocket.
How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
Processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 6–7 business
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available with verification via call or WhatsApp before shipping. Unverified COD orders may be canceled within 72 hours.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders above ₹600. A standard shipping charge applies to orders below ₹600.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery via PhonePe and Razorpay
Is online payment safe on your website?
Yes, we use secure and trusted payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.
Can I change my payment method after placing the order?
Unfortunately, payment methods cannot be changed after placing an order. Please contact us immediately if there's an issue.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, only if the item is damaged or incorrect. An unboxing video is mandatory for approval.
Who bears the cost of return shipping?
In case of eligible returns, the customer pays a flat ₹150 return shipping charge. For damaged or wrong products, we handle the cost.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 8–10 business days to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
