Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • An unboxing video is mandatory (taken from the moment the sealed package is opened)

  • You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase

We’ll share the return instructions after verifying your request.

Returns must not be shipped without approval — any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer — a flat fee of ₹150 applies.


⚠️ Damages and Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us with in 2 days .

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a return.
Unboxing video is required for any such claims.


 


🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged

  • Or incorrect products received

Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. we will provide you exchanged product within 5 to 8 days.
      

We do not offer size/color change exchanges.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited with in 8-10 days to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 8–10 business days of receiving the return

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after confirmation.

Please allow additional time for your bank or UPI provider to process the refund.
